The Heritage Museum of New Freedom is open on the 1st Sunday of each month from 1 PM to 4 PM. The museum is located at 22 Railroad Avenue facing the Heritage Rail Trail between Franklin St. & Main St. in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. The museum serves to present New Freedom’s History and to preserve some of our town’s artifacts.
We are always in need of Hosts for the Sunday that the museum is open. Just remember, you do not need to be an expert on New Freedom History. In fact, you will learn something about New Freedom and its history from the people who come by the museum.
Shift is from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, but allow 10 minutes before and after for open up and close down.
To volunteer as a Museum Host, please contact the secretary at secretary@newfreedomheritage.org
